It has been three days since I've been bitten by a spider! This hubris will probably put me back down to zero immediately but right now I feel good.

I've also started exercising a little again. I've been sedentary and unmotivated and subsisting on a lot of chocolate to get me through the days which is not great. These YouTube videos are very nice so far! Very chill vibe. I did a 30 minute one and a 20 minute one and I'm going to try another one tonight. The exercises seem so easy but it's weirdly also kind of intense?

Also made slightly more progress on my SGA vid. I cut the song down a while back and now I think I might actually need the whole song but it took me forever to cut it nicely! And I like making shorter vids. It would probably help if I stopped clipping more scenes but I know there's more good content I want to include.

I've been trying to exercise by just stepping up and down on my aerobic step at a leisurely pace for one episode's worth of whatever I'm watching, nothing fancier than that, and damn, it is so much more difficult than it seems! Five minutes basically climbing stairs? No problem. But ten? Fifteen? I'm sweating like crazy and have to stop for a break.

Anyway, things that look easy are not always actually easy. I don't doubt 30 minutes is intense!
